Code of Conduct
We adopt the IAU Code of Conduct in our conference. In particular, the following anti-harassment policy is valid at Bfields-2024.

All participants are entitled to an environment free from all forms of discrimination, bullying, harassment and retaliation. We are committed to providing an atmosphere that encourages the free expression and exchange of scientific ideas. In pursuit of that ideal, we are dedicated to the philosophy of equality of opportunity and treatment for all members, regardless of (but not limited to) race, ethnic and national origin, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, or disability. Harassment, sexual or otherwise, is a form of misconduct that undermines the integrity of our meeting. Violators of this policy will be subject to disciplinary actions.
